The Central VA EMS Education Expo is a multi-day professional development and training event for EMS providers, firefighters, and healthcare professionals. It features continuing education sessions, hands-on workshops, networking opportunities, and vendor exhibits.
EVERYONE! The Expo is open to all EMS providers, fire and rescue personnel, law enforcement, nursing and healthcare students, and anyone interested in emergency medical services or public safety!
Visit the Register tab on our website and complete the short online form. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. If you are an EMS provider in VA, you will need your state certification number in order to complete your registration.

Yes! CE credits are available for attendees with a Virginia OEMS certification number. You MUST sign the roster in each classroom you attend to receive credit.
Please allow 14 days after the Expo before checking your Virginia OEMS Provider portal for uploaded CE credits.

Lunch is included free of charge for all registered attendees. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, we strongly suggest bringing your own meal/snacks, as it is very difficulty to accommodate all dietary needs.

The Expo takes place at Regency Square Adult Education Center, located at:

Henrico, VA 23229
Off of Parham Road, turn right onto Holly Hill Road. Continue straight towards the lower parking deck. Make a sharp right at the stop sign to go under the parking deck.
Park on the ground level of the parking lot, underneath the second story parking deck. Once parked if facing the mall, the entrance is at the corner of the building (to the right of the NOVA swimming). There is a blue and white sign on the wall that says, "Henrico Adult Education."
No formal check-in is required. Simply report to your assigned classroom listed on your registration form and get ready to learn! Please allow enough time to arrive on time for your classes.
