Megan Vaughan, MSN, RN, is a healthcare leader specializing in cardiovascular quality improvement, data analytics, and clinical program development. She currently serves as the Manager for Cardiovascular Data, Registries, and Abstraction at Bon Secours Heart & Vascular Institute in Richmond, Virginia, where she supports system-wide efforts to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.

With more than six years of experience at Bon Secours, Megan has held progressive leadership and clinical roles, including Chest Pain and Heart Failure Program Coordinator and Post-Anesthesia Care Nurse. Her background reflects a strong foundation in both bedside care and program management.
